These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website graphicsigma.com (the “Site”) and our pitch deck, presentation design, branded template, and related creative services (the “Services”). By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Our Services

Graphic Sigma provides design services including, but not limited to: investor pitch decks, film pitch decks, business presentations, sales decks, branded master templates, movie posters, and related creative design work (“Services”). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for a project will be agreed upon between Graphic Sigma and the client (“you,” “Client”) prior to commencement, whether via quote, invoice, email confirmation, or order on the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or engage our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders, Quotes, and Payment

• Pricing for custom projects is provided via a personalized quote based on project scope, length, and complexity.
• Where products (e.g., templates) are purchased directly through the Site, payment is due at checkout via our third-party payment processor.
• For custom design projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or per the agreed payment schedule.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise agreed in writing or as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to pause or cancel work on any project with outstanding or overdue payment.

4. Project Process and Revisions

• Our typical process includes: Discovery, Ideation, Design, Build, Review & Feedback, and Delivery.
• Standard turnaround time for a pitch deck is approximately 5–10 business days depending on complexity; rush delivery may be available at an additional cost.
• Projects include a set number of revision rounds (typically 2–3) as agreed at the start of the project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Delays in providing feedback, content, or required materials by the Client may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and materials needed for us to perform the Services
• Ensure you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any content, images, logos, trademarks, footage, or materials you provide to us for use in your project
• Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner to avoid delays
• Use the Site and our Services only for lawful purposes

6. Intellectual Property

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables (e.g., the completed pitch deck) transfers to the Client for their use, subject to any third-party licensed elements (e.g., stock photography, fonts, or footage) which remain subject to their original license terms.
• Our Materials: Graphic Sigma retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, design frameworks, proprietary templates, and unused design elements not included in the final approved deliverable.
• Portfolio Rights: Unless a Client has requested confidentiality or signed an NDA, Graphic Sigma reserves the right to showcase completed projects (or excerpts thereof) in our portfolio, on our Site, and on our social media channels for promotional purposes.
• Client-Provided Content: You retain ownership of any content, materials, or intellectual property you provide to us, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of completing your project.

7. Confidentiality and NDAs

We understand that pitch decks and business/film concepts are often sensitive. We are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request. Where an NDA is in place, its terms govern confidentiality obligations for that project in addition to these Terms.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients may request to cancel a project by notifying us in writing.
• Any deposit or payment made for work already completed or in progress is non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion, less any administrative or processing fees.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graphic Sigma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality design work, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, such as securing funding, investment, or client approval, as these depend on factors outside our control.

11. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our Services may involve delivery via third-party platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Canva, PDF). The Site may also contain links to third-party websites and social platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or tools.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or refuse Service to anyone, at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, abusive conduct, or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
